When using AYCA’s services or participating in Association activities, you may be required to provide personal data to ensure smooth operations and enhanced service delivery. Data collected may include, but is not limited to:

  • Activity Participants/Service Users:
    Name, telephone number, mobile number, email address, residential address, date of birth, guardian details, educational institution, etc.

  • Employees/Tutors:
    Information from employment applications, salary details, bank account numbers, Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) contribution records, performance evaluations, training records, medical records, and subsidy applications.

  • Service Providers:
    Name, ID number, contact details, address, bank account information, etc.

  • Complainants:
    Name, contact information, complaint details, investigation process, and outcomes.

You must provide mandatory data to complete applications or initiate processes. Failure to provide required data may result in our inability to deliver services or complete procedures.

 

Use of Data
Collected data will be used for the following purposes:

  • Participants/Users: Activity registration, competition verification, communication, receipt issuance, feedback collection, data analysis, and other purposes aligned with AYCA’s mission.

  • Employees/Tutors: Recruitment, payroll management, performance evaluations, disciplinary matters, and human resource administration.

  • Service Providers: Contract management and payment processing.

  • Complainants: Complaint investigation, follow-up, and resolution.

AYCA strictly adheres to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. Your data will not be used for purposes unrelated to those stated above without your explicit consent.

 

Data Retention and Transfer
AYCA retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes. Once no longer required, data will be securely destroyed within a reasonable timeframe.
